Capt. S. K. Sinha - Extra Master- (Director) Several years of sailing experience as Master, training experience at various institutes including Lal Bahadur Shashtri College of Advanced Maritime Studies and Research. He has experience of training candidates at all levels - crew, cadets, mates, masters and extra master. He has served on various panels including syllabus committee of Govt. Of India for STCW 95 Syllabus. He has authored many marine publications including STCW 95 IMO Model Course PSCRB and Fast Rescue Boats Course, served as External Faculty to B.I.T. Pilani on Distance learning programme on Nautical Science.

Capt. S. S. Bhatnagar - Marine Manning & Management Expert - (Director) Holder of Master Mariner (FG) license, has several years of sailing experience as Master on foreign Going ships, and MODUs. Capt. Bhatnagar was Incharge of Marine Management of ONGC owned MODU Sagar Samrat , Sagar Bhushan and Sagar Vijay. He is currently heading the marine manning and management group - Suraksha Marine Management Services Pvt Ltd..
